What it does for your water
The AFWFilters Fleck 2510SXT 96,000-Grain Water Softener and Filter System is a softener and filter combo rated at 96,000 grains on a Fleck 2510SXT control valve.
The rating assumes a heavy salt dose; at a salt-saving setting expect about 72,000 grains from its rating, enough for up to 9 people on 15 grains-per-gallon water regenerating weekly, or 5 on 25 grains per gallon. Check it against your hardness.
Softener and filter come as one package. Read what the filter stage targets (sediment, chlorine or iron) and how often it needs new media.
The Fleck 2510SXT head is one of the most widely serviced valves; seal kits, pistons, boards and meters that name it are in the valve parts lookup.
Other listed details: model 2510SXT; valve Fleck 2510SXT.
The listing gives dimensions of 33 x 18 x 73 inches.
