What it does for your water
The AFWFilters Iron Pro Fleck 2510SXT Iron Filter is a media iron filter on a Fleck 2510SXT valve. Its listing gives a flow of 18 GPM.
Media filters oxidize and trap iron on the media bed. Most media have pH and dissolved-oxygen limits; check them against your water test.
Test iron, manganese, pH and hydrogen sulfide before choosing. Red water or a rotten-egg smell means the iron needs treating before any softener.
From the listing: model 2510SXT; resin 2.5 cu ft; valve Fleck 2510SXT; flow 18 GPM.
The listing gives dimensions of 13 x 13 x 54 inches, a shipping weight of 200 lb and complete system in the box.
